Within a day of talking to APM, she had three candidates to interview.

“The disability is irrelevant to me. I didn’t even ask about Emma’s challenges. I learned about these as time passed and she felt comfortable talking about them,” she said.

“We give all of our staff time, respect and compassion. We aren’t a fast-paced work environment, it’s not about time and schedules here. We want people who are open to learning and growing with our business.
“It feels great to have Emma in the team. She’s supporting our business and we can support her, too.
Sharon said she wouldn’t hesitate to work with APM again.
